“Someofthosecouldrequiresomescientificadvancesonourparttoallowustobetterunderstandwhatitisthatwe’reobserving,”anotherofficialsaid.“It’sclearthatweneedtoimproveourcapacitytofurtheranalyzeremainingobservations.”
